At present, China's stationery market environment is facing high cost of manufacturing and fierce market competition, more and more stationery manufacturers began to realize the importance of creating a stationery brand.

 

Brand is relied on the cultural connotation of the brand. Then what is enterprise culture, the enterprise culture is actually formed in the core value system of an enterprise, and has the continuity of the common cognition and the habitual behavior way. First, weak consciousness

In the process of cultural transmission, Stationery Company should diffuse to the staff, then from the staff to the operator or customer, mutual communication between customers, naturally forming a virtuous circle of the chain. It can be said that each employee is a contact point of the brand . Without the participation of the staff, it is easy to cause conflict or noncooperation in the implementation, and it is very easy to arise phenomenon that the culture they claim is different from the essence culture.

 

Three, enterprise culture homogenization

 

In the stationery industry, the homogenization of stationery design is no longer news, which bring loss for the stationery manufactures. At present, a lot of enterprises have not start from enterprise when defining enterprise culture, which lack characteristics of themselves. They have not serious study of the problem, and find a right position.

 

Four, seek quick success when creating enterprise culture

 

Some enterprises believe that it is a great progress of the enterprise if they have their own corporate culture, so they blindly establish with trend. Stationery enterprise is a soft investment, with long-term characteristics. So in the establishment of enterprise culture, we must start from the basis, and take step by step. Once an enterprise form a healthy mature enterprise culture, its value is limitless.
